    A technician suiting your needs is assigned to your task and the technician details are notified to you immediately. Once you receive a notification on your mobile application about the technician assigned to you, you will be able to Track the Technician on your map screen and stay communicated with the technician.

    You are not able to track your Technician or view your Technician’s profile before the Task is assigned to the Technician.
